We are looking for a Chief Cook to join our team and prepare delicious, high-quality meals for our guests. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cooking, menu planning, and kitchen management. You’ll be responsible for maintaining kitchen standards, ensuring food quality, and leading the kitchen team efficiently.
Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes on time.
Set up the kitchen with necessary utensils, tools, and equipment.
Study recipes, plan menus, and gather all required ingredients.
Supervise and guide kitchen staff as needed.
Modify recipes to accommodate dietary needs (e.g., no dairy, nut-free, etc.).
Ensure all food items are fresh and properly stored; discard expired stock.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations.
Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain consistent quality.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 0.5 – 2 years in a similar cooking or kitchen role
Knowledge of traditional and modern cooking techniques
Familiarity with food hygiene and sanitation regulations
Strong time management, multitasking, and leadership skills
Culinary diploma or certification is an added advantage
