We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing a variety of dishes, maintaining high hygiene standards, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, tasty, and visually appealing food to our customers.
Prepare and cook meals according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
Ensure all food items are prepared hygienically, timely, and with attention to presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times.
Assist with daily kitchen operations, including chopping, marinating, and setting up ingredients.
Monitor food stock and notify management of shortages or expired items.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers for timely food service.
Assist in planning daily specials or new menu items (if required).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a cook or kitchen staff in a restaurant or food service.
Knowledge of cooking techniques (frying, boiling, sautéing, baking, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
Familiarity with Indian, Continental, South Indian ,North Indian or regional cuisine (as per your restaurant type).
Ability to follow recipes and deliver consistent taste and quality.
Basic understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety protocols.
High school or culinary certification preferred.
Monthly salary: ₹25,000 -30,000 depending on experience
