Bulk Kitchen Chef

Job Summary:

We are hiring multiple chefs to join our culinary team across various locations. The ideal candidates should be passionate about cooking, maintain high food quality standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items as per standardized recipes and portion sizes.

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards (FSSAI compliance).

• Assist in menu planning, inventory control, and stock rotation.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.

• Support the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations.

• Adhere to company SOPs, waste control, and quality parameters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 5 years of experience (depending on role).

• Knowledge of Indian, Continental, Chinese, or specialized cuisine preferred.

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and under pressure.

• Team player with good communication and time-management skills.

• Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts (preferred, not mandatory).
