Barista

We are looking for an experienced Barista to oversee the daily operations of our café in Bandra. The role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. The Barista will also be responsible for managing stock, coordinating with the team and upholding our café’s standards of quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light snacks as per recipes.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and equipment.

- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.

- Handle cash/UPI transactions at the counter.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a barista preferred but not mandatory

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced

- Experience in café/restaurant cooking

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene

- Team player with time-management skills

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.

- Minimum experience required: 3 years.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage cash and digital transactions accurately.
