Role Summary:

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken female Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our hospitality team. The role includes managing guest arrivals and departures, addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout the guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out

• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs in a timely and professional manner

• Handle guest feedback or complaints with care and efficiency

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, and other departments

• Stay informed about hotel services, room rates, and ongoing promotions

• Maintain accurate and confidential guest records

Requirements:

• Only female candidates

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Presentable, confident, and guest-oriented attitude

• Strong interpersonal and listening skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Age limit: Up to 35 years

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management

Salary:

• Experienced (up to 2 years): Up to 35,000 per month

• Freshers: Up to 25,000 per month
