Household Requirement – Full-Time Female Cook cum Caretaker (Mumbai)

We are a 2 people household in Mumbai (Bandra West) looking to hire a 25 to 30 -year-old

female cook/chef cum house caretaker for a long-term, full-time role.

Key Requirements:

• Age: Preferably around 25-30 years

• Role Type: Full-Time (Live-in preferred, but Live-out can be considered)

• Location: Mumbai (Bandra West)

• 10-12 pass educated – Ability to read and write English & Hindi. Spoken Hindi is fine.

• Ability to order grocery from online apps such as Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart

Job Responsibilities:

1. Cooking Expertise (Primary Role):

• Must be an expert in preparing healthy, balanced, and nutritious meals

• Proficiency in Indian cuisines (North and South Indian, vegetarian and non-vegetarian)

• Ability to cook international dishes (Continental, Mediterranean, Asian stir-fries, etc.)

• Skilled in making fresh vegetable and fruit juices, detox drinks, and smoothies

• Knowledge of low-oil, low-sugar, high-protein, diet-specific cooking styles (keto,

gluten-free, diabetic-friendly, etc. is a plus)

• Ability to plan weekly menus if required

• Ability to go on YouTube to search for new recipes.

2. House Caretaking (Secondary Role):

• Maintain overall cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and common areas

• Grocery shopping and maintaining kitchen inventory (with prior approval)

• Basic house supervision when family members are away

• Assist with receiving guests or vendors when required

• Help with laundry supervision and errands related to household management

Personal Attributes Required:

• Trustworthy, disciplined, and hygienic

• Well-mannered, soft-spoken, and presentable

• Should be physically fit and active

• Willing to adapt to the family’s food preferences and lifestyle

• Non-smoker, non-drinker, and with no mobile distraction during working hours

Other Details:

• Salary: Competitive and based on experience and skill (industry standards for

Mumbai, negotiable)

• Accommodation: If live-in, private space with all basic amenities will be provided

• Food: Will be provided

• Leave policy: To be discussed during the interview

• Start Date: Immediate or within 2-3 weeks

Mandatory Requirements:

• Valid Government ID Proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)

• Willing to undergo background verification

• References from previous employers are preferred
