Job Responsibilities:Prepare and bake a variety of bakery & pastry items such as breads, cakes, cookies, brownies, pastries, desserts, etc.Handle eggless & vegetarian recipes as per menu requirements.Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of products.Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.Manage daily pre-preparation (mise en place) and production planning.Operate bakery equipment like oven, mixer, proofer, etc.Assist in menu development and new product trials.Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage.Coordinate with staff for smooth kitchen operations.
