The Role

We are looking for a passionate Content Creator & Storyteller who genuinely loves storytelling — not someone who only depends on AI tools to write content.

This role is for people who:

• Enjoy researching people deeply

• Love talking to founders and understanding their journeys

• Can convert conversations into powerful written stories

• Believe real human stories beat generic content

Key Responsibilities

• Writing in-depth stories on:

  • Startup founders & entrepreneurs

  • Business leaders, actors, actresses & wealth creators

• Researching personalities using:

  • Google, magazines, interviews, podcasts & articles

• Reaching out to founders and entrepreneurs on LinkedIn and other platforms

• Conducting 1:1 conversations to understand real journeys, struggles, and decisions

• Visiting founders, offices, or events when required

• Creating long-form and short-form content for:

  • Website articles

  • Instagram & LinkedIn captions

  • Story-based social posts

• Working closely with design and video teams to bring stories to life

What We Are NOT Looking For

❌ Writers who mainly rely on AI tools to generate content
❌ Copy-paste journalism
❌ Surface-level content without depth or original insight

✅ Strong writing skills (Hindi / English / Hinglish is a plus)
✅ Natural curiosity about people and their journeys

✅ Willingness to research, talk, travel, and explore
