Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and lead a team of carpenters and laborers on construction sites.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Plan, assign, and review work to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Perform carpentry tasks, including framing, formwork, cabinetry, and finish work.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

• Monitor project progress and provide updates to the Site Superintendent or Project Manager.

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

• Train and mentor junior carpenters and laborers.

• Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors on-site.

• Order and manage materials and supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman or Senior Carpenter (5+ years preferred).

• In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.

• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

 Qualifications:

·         Experience with residential and commercial construction.

·         12th Pass out

·         Familiarity with digital project management tools or construction software.
