We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Factory Foreman to manage and supervise a team of 50 carpenters in a production environment. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily factory operations, maintaining production targets, ensuring product quality, and delivering orders on time.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of carpentry manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage large teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Production Management
Supervise and manage daily carpentry production activities.
Plan and allocate work to a team of 50 carpenters and helpers.
Ensure maximum productivity and efficient utilization of manpower.
Monitor production targets and improve production capacity.
2. Quality Control
Ensure all products meet company quality standards and finishing requirements.
Inspect work at every stage of production.
Minimize rework, wastage, and defects.
3. Team Management
Lead and supervise a team of carpenters, helpers, and machine operators.
Train and guide workers on best carpentry practices and safety standards.
Maintain discipline and work efficiency in the factory.
4. Production Planning & Delivery
Coordinate with management to meet project deadlines.
Ensure timely completion and delivery of orders.
Maintain proper workflow between cutting, assembly, finishing, and dispatch.
5. Factory Operations
Manage entire workshop operations including machines, tools, and materials.
Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage.
Ensure machines and tools are maintained properly.
6. Safety & Compliance
Ensure workers follow factory safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
Reduce accidents and maintain safe production practices.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of carpentry manufacturing and woodwork processes
Experience managing large carpentry teams (40–50 workers)
Ability to read drawings and supervise production
Knowledge of workshop machines and tools
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Qualification
15–20 years experience in carpentry manufacturing / furniture production
Prior experience as Factory Foreman / Workshop Supervisor / Production Head
Preferred Experience
Experience in modular furniture, interior products, acoustic booths, or office furniture manufacturing will be an advantage.
