Job Summary:

The Beautician is responsible for providing beauty treatments and services to clients, including skin care, hair care, and grooming. The role requires excellent customer service, professional appearance, and knowledge of the latest beauty trends and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform facials, waxing, threading, bleaching, and basic skincare treatments.

• Provide hair services such as hair wash, blow-dry, hair spa, coloring, and styling.

• Suggest suitable beauty treatments based on clients’ needs and preferences.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, tools, and equipment.

• Build good relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.

• Ensure use of quality products and follow salon safety standards.

• Stay updated with new beauty techniques and product knowledge.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of beauty, hair, and skincare techniques.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Time management and customer-handling ability.

• Professional appearance and attitude.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.

• Beautician course / certification from a recognized institute.

• 3–6 years of experience in salon or beauty center.
