Hands-on experience in GeM portal operations
Product listing, catalog management, pricing updates
Managing company profile & compliance documents

🔹 2. Tender Search & Analysis
Daily monitoring of new tenders / bids on GeM
Identifying relevant opportunities
Understanding tender requirements & eligibility
🔹 3. Bid Preparation & Submission
Preparation of:
Technical bids
Commercial bids
BOQ (Bill of Quantity)
Submission within deadlines
👉 Candidate should know complete bidding process end-to-end
🔹 4. Knowledge of GeM Processes
Must have experience in:
Custom bids
Reverse Auction (RA)
L1 comparison (lowest bidder concept)
Order acceptance & contract handling
🔹 5. Documentation & Compliance
Handling documents like:
EMD (Earnest Money Deposit)
Certificates, OEM documents
Technical specifications
Ensuring compliance with government procurement rules
🔹 6. Coordination & Communication
Coordination with:
Internal teams (sales, accounts, technical)
Government departments / buyers
Follow-ups for clarification & approvals
🔹 7. Order Processing & Post-Bid Work
Order acceptance on GeM
Execution tracking
Invoice generation & delivery follow-up
🔹 8. MIS & Record Management
Maintain:
Tender database
Bid status reports
Awarded contracts record
🔹 9. Technical Skills
MS Excel, Word, PDF documentation
Basic data analysis & pricing comparison
Good typing & document formatting
