Job Description

• Clean and organise raw data (manual or electronic format) to ensure data accuracy, consistencyand reliability before working on preparing MIS or any Analytics.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS Reports as well as Management Dashboardrelated toSales, Production, Quality, Commercial aspects.

• Collate data of sales performance, products and customer demand trends; prepare meaningful analysis to support sales planning and business development efforts, identifying customer preferences etc.

• Regularly update & maintain simple dashboards and charts showing key metrics like sales numbers, production output, wastage, rejection, downtime, efficiency, quality KPIs etc.

• Keep a record of data for raw material consumption vs output and conduct fortnightly analysis to identify losses, excess usage or process gaps.

• Keep record of quality issues, rejections and customer complaints and conduct fortnightly analysis to highlight recurring patterns.

• Support inventory planning by conducting an analysis of stock levels, slow-moving items and consumption trends.

• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Sales teams to understand data and validate findings

• Ensure data confidentiality and discipline, following company systems and reporting standards

• Automate recurring reports wherever feasible to support forecasting, planning and performance tracking.
