We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team at Electrical Masters Pty Ltd.
This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer data in CRM systems
Handle documentation, compliance files, and data entry tasks
Coordinate with sales, installation, and support teams
Follow up on leads, customer queries, and pending tasks
Maintain records of invoices, payments, and job progress
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation
Assist in preparing reports and internal communications
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in back office/admin role is preferred
