Tender Executive in Pharma Industry

We are looking for a Tender Executive in Pharma Industry to join our team at Prakash Medicos. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Identification: Regularly monitor various government portals (like GeM, CPP Portal, and state health departments) for relevant pharmaceutical and medical procurement tenders.

• Documentation & Compliance: Compile, verify, and organize all required regulatory documentation, including Drug Licenses, COPP, GMP/WHO certificates, and product analysis reports.

• Bid Preparation: Coordinate with internal teams to compile technical and financial bids accurately, ensuring all terms and conditions are strictly met.

• Online Submission: Manage the end-to-end e-tendering process, including digital signature management, online submission, and tracking bid status.

• Follow-up & Liaison: Track submitted tenders, handle post-bid clarifications, monitor EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) status, and coordinate refunds post-bidding.

• Record Keeping: Maintain a comprehensive and secure database of all past, ongoing, and upcoming tenders, contracts, and price histories.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 – 5 years of proven experience handling tenders specifically within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry. Strong proficiency in e-tendering portals, excellent understanding of pharma documentation, high attention to detail, and sound negotiation skills.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
