Non EB Claims

Job Summary

We are looking for a Non-EB Claims Executive to manage and coordinate claims related to Marine, Fire, Burglary and other General Insurance policies. The candidate will be responsible for claim registration, documentation, follow-ups with insurers, claim settlement support, endorsement coordination, and providing timely assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Non-EB claims processing.

• Manage claims related to Marine, Fire, Burglary and Miscellaneous Insurance policies.

• Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and clients for claim settlement.

• Review claim documents and ensure timely submission.

• Track claim status and provide regular updates to clients and management.

• Follow up with insurers for speedy claim resolution.

• Handle policy endorsements and ensure accurate processing.

• Maintain claim records, MIS reports, and documentation.

• Address client queries and provide claim-related support.

• Ensure compliance with company and insurer guidelines.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of General Insurance claims and policy servicing.

• Understanding of Marine, Fire, and Burglary.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• Strong documentation and coordination abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–4 years of experience in General Insurance Claims or Insurance Broking.

• Experience in handling Non-EB claims and endorsements will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
