Position: Assistant Manager – Operations
Department: Collections & Recovery
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Collections & Recovery team.
Ensure achievement of monthly collection and recovery targets set by the client and organization.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality standards.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to improve performance.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
Analyze collection trends and implement strategies to improve recovery rates.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, and UAE regulations.
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Requirements:
Experience in Collections & Recovery operations, preferably in UAE processes.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage client communications and stakeholder relationships.
Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
