Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Engineer / Supervisor to join our team Devika Developers and Builders to Manage construction Activities at site where Ten Story Building is approved from Excavation to Occupation Certificate and completion of the Building in all respect and handover to society and also design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces and Reports and Project Reports and all measurments and verifications etc . The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of Rs. 20-25000/- ( On Lumpsum Basis -All inclusive) and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities included but not restricted to the following:

• Manage construction Activities at site where Ten Story Building as approval

• Ensure Excavation to Building Cosntruction and Completion till Occupation Certificate

• The completion of the Building in all respect and handover to society

• Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.

• Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Meet Society and other person and understand their expection etc

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Bachelor of Engineers in Civil Engineering and allied Skills for the Jobs and 2-3 years. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble and Skills of all works relating to constructions.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
