We are now seeking a Senior Operations Head to join our growing team and oversee our back-office operations and research projects.

Position Overview:

The Senior Operations Head will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of four researchers, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of LinkedIn and web research, and proven experience in back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily back-office operations and workflow.

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 researchers to ensure productivity and accuracy.

• Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.

• Conduct LinkedIn and web-based research for lead generation and data enrichment projects.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal management.

• Ensure adherence to deadlines, project standards, and company procedures.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in back-office operations or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn research, web research, and data management.

• Proven experience in managing and motivating a small team.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
