• dentify and develop reliable vendors for construction materials

• Procure materials like cement, TMT steel, bricks, tiles, paint, plumbing & electrical items

• Compare quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts

• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites

• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and store teams

• Maintain stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking

• Monitor market rates and update management on price flutuations

• Ensure quality standards and specifications are met

• Handle vendor payments and follow-up with accounts team

• Maintain proper purchase records, invoices, and documentation
