Operation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily hub operations at our Bhiwandi location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, courier, or cargo operations and will be responsible for monitoring parcel movement, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily hub operations to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor parcel movement, track shipments, and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for efficient operations.

• Ensure adherence to timelines, service quality, and operational standards.

• Conduct field visits for operational audits, pickup/delivery coordination, and issue resolution.

• Maintain records and reports for operational performance.

• Handle escalations and ensure timely problem-solving to maintain service levels.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in logistics, courier, or cargo operations.

• Strong understanding of logistics processes and industry terminology.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Bike is mandatory for field visits and local coordination.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field).

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
