Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel patients and explain surgical procedures and hospital processes.

• Prepare and manage the daily surgical procedure schedule.

• Oversee day-to-day non-clinical operations of the hospital.

• Assist in handling patient admissions, discharges, and internal transfers.

• Maintain positive and empathetic relationships with patients and their families.

• Coordinate effectively with departments such as reception, nursing, and billing.

• Address patient concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

• Maintain accurate documentation and feedback records.

• Support senior management in implementing hospital policies and operational improvements.

• Ensure timely reporting and escalate operational issues as required.

• Liaise with the social media team to share patient success stories, testimonials, and updates.
