Handle daily administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and accessible data to support seamless operations.
Verify information, identify data discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
Organize and manage both digital and physical records for optimal access and efficiency.
Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.
Communicate professionally via phone and email; manage correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams with professionalism and discretion.
Handle all sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
Support financial and operational tasks, especially those related to financial markets.
Must be a graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Entry, Administrative, or Executive Assistant roles.
Proficient in executive assistance, particularly with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet-based platforms.
Excellent command of English—both written and spoken—with confidence in professional calling and communication.
Should have a working knowledge of financial markets and related terminology.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are essential for success in this role.
