Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Process ManagementSupervise and coordinate daily production or service delivery to ensure consistency.Identify operational bottlenecks and implement immediate fixes to maintain workflow.Ensure all departmental activities comply with legal, safety, and quality standards.2. Budgeting & Cost ControlManage departmental budgets, tracking expenses against forecasts to prevent overages.Analyze financial data to identify waste and opportunities for cost savings.Assist in payroll, billing, and vendor payment oversight.3. Team Leadership & TalentLead, mentor, and train a diverse operational staff.Manage employee scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.4. Supply Chain & Quality AssuranceCoordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of resources.Perform regular quality control checks on products or service outputs.Manage inventory levels using JIT (Just-in-Time) or ABC analysis to reduce holding costs.Core Competencies & SkillsSkill TypeEssential AbilitiesMethodologiesLean, Six Sigma (Green Belt), Kaizen, Total Quality Management (TQM).TechnicalProficiency in ERP (NetSuite, SAP), Project Management (Jira, ClickUp), and Excel/Data dashboards.FinancialBudget forecasting, P&L (Profit and Loss) understanding, and resource allocation.Soft SkillsHigh-speed decision-making, interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution.
