We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day business operations. The role involves overseeing internal processes, managing teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence. The Operations Manager will play a key role in driving efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Lead, plan, and oversee daily operational activities across departments.
Develop, implement, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for smooth functioning.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Act as the primary liaison with clients, vendors, and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Monitor and analyze operational performance, recommending process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
Prepare, review, and present operational reports to senior management.
Manage resources, budgets, and vendor relationships to optimize costs.
Drive automation, efficiency, and technology adoption in operations.
Build and mentor a high-performing operations team.
Handle escalations and resolve operational bottlenecks promptly.
Support business growth initiatives and ensure excellent client servicing.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Proven experience in process optimization and strategic execution.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
1+ years of proven experience in Operations Management.
Exposure to financial services, insurance, or wealth management industry will be an advantage.
Salary Package: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA (Fixed + Performance-based annual bonus)
