We are looking for a Operations Executive to join our team Daddy's Kitchenette. The role involves handling online orders from food delivery apps like Swiggy/Zomato and updating accurate data in Excel, spreadsheets, and systems as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage online orders from food delivery platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.)

- Coordinate and optimize food delivery time slots

- Oversee food preparation in the absence of the chef/cook, ensuring consistency

- Maintain standard quality of food and service

- Monitor and manage stock availability

- Lead and manage the team effectively

- Handle office accounts and finances

- Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to feedback

- Manage inventory and supplier relationships

- Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and offers

- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen and dining area
