Job Title:

Excel & Billing Executive – Jewelry Showroom

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Excel & Billing Executive to join our jewelry showroom team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Excel operations, invoicing, and inventory management within a retail or jewelry environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and daily transaction records using Microsoft Excel.

• Maintain inventory records of jewelry stock (gold, silver, diamonds, etc.) including incoming and outgoing items.

• Generate sales and stock reports, track daily movement, and coordinate with sales and accounts teams.

• Update pricing sheets, maintain customer order data, and handle data entry with high accuracy.

• Support the accounts department with GST calculations, billing summaries, and reconciliation tasks.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with showroom policies and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding billing queries or corrections.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

• Experience in billing, invoice creation, and inventory management

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic understanding of accounting or GST is a plus

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Prior experience in a jewelry showroom or retail environment preferred

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
