Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Back Office cum Communication Executive to support our operational and client communication needs in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong command of MS Office tools, and a professional approach when dealing with both domestic and international clients. Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Back Office Operations

  • Prepare and manage documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and inquiries.

  • Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

  • Maintain and update databases, reports, and filing systems.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely order processing and dispatch.

Client Communication

  • Professionally handle email communication with domestic and international clients.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and WhatsApp.

  • Draft formal communications including quotations, order confirmations, and follow-ups.

  • Assist in coordination during client visits and meetings.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage and post engaging content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Assist in basic SEO and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Support online promotions and email marketing efforts.

  • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to improve online visibility.

Personal Attributes

  • Detail oriented and highly organized.

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive.

  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.

  • Culturally aware and respectful, especially in international communication.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the jewellery or luxury goods industry.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools.

  • Degree or certification in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
