Job Description

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data to support management decisions. The role focuses on maintaining accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and coordinating with departments to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Collect data from various departments and ensure accuracy
Maintain and update MIS databases and spreadsheets
Create dashboards and summary reports for management
Track KPIs, performance metrics, and operational data
Ensure timely submission of reports to management
Identify data gaps and follow up with teams for corrections
Maintain proper documentation and report formats

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (any stream; Commerce / IT preferred)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
