Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to manage data reporting, vendor communication, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate MIS reports, ensuring timely vendor interactions, and supporting operational efficiency through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: MIS & Reporting:

 • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

. • Submit reports and data as per defined SOP to internal and external stakeholders

. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports.

 • Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and dashboards. Coordination:

 • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, insurance companies, brokers and other third parties.

• Track vendor performance and escalate issues when necessary.

 • Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve discrepancies. Operational Support:

 • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, finance, Operations) for smooth operations.

 • Assist in audits and compliance checks related to vendor management.

• Support process improvements and system enhancements. Qualifications & Skills:

 • Bachelor’s degree.

• 2–4 years of experience in MIS reporting and vendor coordination.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), SQL and BI tools.

 • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Skills: • Experience with Excel, Power BI or similar analytics tools and SQL. • Knowledge of Insurance Endorsement processes. • Ability to work independently as a single person team and manage multiple stakeholders.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
