To provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director (MD) or CEO, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and execution of business tasks and priorities within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic & international).
Organize and coordinate meetings, reviews, conferences, and factory visits.
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and other communication on behalf of the MD.
Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal/external meetings.
Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Quality, HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.) for task follow-ups.
Track and report on project timelines, action points, and KPIs as per MD’s directives.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information, employee issues, and company strategies.
Support execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.
Documentation & Reporting
Draft minutes of meetings, prepare executive summaries, and ensure timely circulation and follow-up.
Maintain and update confidential files, legal documents, agreements, and key business documents.
Assist in preparing board meeting documents, MIS reports, and regulatory filings.
Communication & Relationship Management
Liaise with customers, suppliers, government officials, and senior stakeholders as needed.
Act as the point of contact between the MD’s office and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi (regional language a plus)
Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email, calendar, and business tools
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing setup
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field
5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company
Exposure to factory operations and understanding of industrial working culture preferred
AGE Limit: below 35 years
Salary range: 3 to 5 lakh per annum
