Key Responsibilities
Schedule & Calendar Management: Manage and organize executives' calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Communication Handling: Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, acting as a liaison with internal staff and external stakeholders.
Travel & Logistics: Arrange and coordinate travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and other business needs.
Document Preparation: Create, edit, and organize reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, coordinate video calls, book meeting rooms, and take minutes.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, managing documents, and ordering office supplies.
Research & Data Analysis: Conduct research and analyze data to prepare information for executives and support decision-making.
Financial Tasks: Process expense reports, compile invoices, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
