### Key Responsibilities
#### Executive Support
• Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments
• Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
• Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond as appropriate
#### Administrative & Operational Support
• Coordinate meetings, record minutes, and track action items
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
• Support expense reporting, invoicing, and budget tracking
#### Project & Stakeholder Management
• Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Follow up on deliverables to ensure timelines are met
• Coordinate with leadership teams, vendors, and partners
#### Process Improvement
