Job Description

Key responsibilities –

1. Creating supplier base for raw material required for trims & accessories manufacturing as well as finished goods

2. Studying base inventory & understanding when orders need to be placed

3. Follow up on orders placed with suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment of requirements

4. Visit suppliers to understand their capabilities

5. Coordinate with our factory for receipt of material, proper stocking & timely dispatch to customers

6. Set quality expectations & understanding with suppliers and ensure quality standards are met

Who should apply –

1. Preferably someone who has worked in trim sourcing/ purchase departments of an organization

2. Someone with an understanding of what constitutes apparel trims & accessories

3. The candidate should understand & speak English fluently

4. They should be able to work with short timelines & handle stressful situations

5. They should have a working knowledge of computers & MS
