Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate with a diploma in IT hardware and software.

- Language Proficiency: Working proficiency in English and Hindi.

- Experience: 3–5 years as an EDP Executive or Senior Executive, specifically within the courier industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and network peripherals across Delhi and remote branches.

- Assist with MIS data entry and analysis; manage and query databases including MySQL and MS SQL.

- Provide desk-side and remote support for Windows OS and standard applications.

- Handle XML creation and troubleshooting to ensure smooth data flow across custom logistics platforms.

Location: Delhi HQ

Shift Timing: 14:00 to 23:00 IST.
