Responsibilities

• Work on large Excel sheets for product data, pricing, stock updates, and catalog management.

• Create, clean, and format data using advanced Excel tools.

• Analyze data and generate quick reports when needed.

• Maintain accuracy across all product sheets.

Required Skills

• Expert in Advanced Excel:

• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

• Pivot Tables

• IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS

• Text functions (LEFT, RIGHT, MID, TRIM, etc.)

• Data Validation

• Conditional Formatting

• Flash Fill

• Filters, Sorting

• Power Query (bonus)

• Should know Alt-based shortcuts, navigation shortcuts, and speed-boosting commands.

• Strong attention to detail & ability to work with huge datasets.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
