MIS Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Analyze data and generate dashboards using Advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting, etc.).

• Handle large volumes of data and ensure accuracy in reporting.

• Create and automate reports using Excel formulas, charts, and macros (if required).

• Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify data.

• Present data insights and performance summaries to management.

• Maintain and update databases and ensure timely submission of reports.

Required Skills:

• Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIFS, Data Validation, Charts, etc.).

• Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.

• Basic understanding of Power Query / Power BI will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
