Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Operations Executive to manage daily operational activities, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of reward redemption and delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day operational tasks and process management.
Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and customer support teams.
Track reward orders, dispatches, and deliveries
Maintain operational records and prepare Excel reports.
Resolve customer and operational issues on time.
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
Follow up on pending tasks and escalations.
Support process improvement and workflow management

Eligibility
Graduate in any stream
Prior operations or customer support experience is a plus
