Ecommerce Operations Executive

This job role is for an e-commerce start-up business of a Kids' apparel brand named BLUMBUDS..

Key Responsibilities:

1. Listing Management:

- Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.

- Monitor and update inventory levels, product availability, and shipping information.

2. Inventory Management:

-Maintain stock inward and dispatch of goods.

- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage product availability.

3. Accounting Knowledge:

   • Should know basic entries in Tally for accounts and stock

   • Able to learn different ERPs if required

3. Customer Experience Enhancement:

- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews promptly and professionally.

- Address customer concerns and issues effectively to maintain a positive reputation.

Qualifications -

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra & Shopify etc.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
