Roles and Responsibilities:

• Invoice data entry and validation using in-house software systems

• Ad hoc data entry from Excel spreadsheets

• Identifying/chasing missing gaps to maintain data completeness

• Maintaining systems with accurate data, e.g., meter/account/site details

• Creating, updating and following procedures for all tasks

• Managing workload through ticket-based system

• Communicating with UK team through emails/tickets on tasks and issues

• Additional project work as required based on business priorities

Qualification and Experience:

• Data entry experience minimum 1yrs

• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly excel

• Proificient in excel- Vlookup, hlookup , Basic to advance formula.

Required Skills:

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize and manage own workload

• Proactive approach to work and solving problems

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English for liaising with UK team
