• Loan & Credit Process Support

• Customer Service & Query Handling

• KYC, AML & Compliance Adherence

• Cross-selling: Insurance, MF SIPs, Third-party products

• Branch Sales, Marketing Activities & Lead Generation

• Achieve daily/weekly business targets

• Manage customer relationships & branch operations
