Backend Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Backend Executive to support the loan processing and documentation activities. The role involves managing customer files, verifying documents, ensuring compliance with banking policies, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle loan application processing from login to disbursement stage.

• Verify and validate KYC documents, financial statements, and other required papers.

• Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams for loan status updates.

• Upload and maintain customer data in Loan Origination System (LOS) or CRM tools.

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality in all records.

• Prepare MIS reports and maintain daily transaction logs.

• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with RBI and company policies.

• Follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely loan disbursement.

• Assist in payout calculation and DSA coordination, if applicable.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of loan processing and banking back-office operations

• Familiarity with KYC norms and loan documentation procedures

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/LOS tools

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under timelines and maintain process quality
