A backend executive (also known as a back office executive) mainly handles administrative, data management, and operational support tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of a company's backend operations. Their responsibilities typically include data entry, documentation, managing databases, report generation, processing orders and invoices, coordinating with front-office teams, handling email correspondence, and supporting inventory or vendor management.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day backend operations such as data entry, document management, and report generation.Maintain and update databases, sales records, inventory logs, or employee data.Coordinate with front-office teams (sales, customer service, HR, logistics) for timely communication and support.Prepare regular reports using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP systems.Handle internal communication and email correspondence efficiently.Support vendor coordination, billing, invoice tracking, and purchase order processing.Assist in file management, scanning, and printing.Ensure accuracy and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
