Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Coordinator​Job Overview:​We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Back Office Coordinator to streamline our daily operations. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of contact between our factory, vendors, and delivery teams, ensuring that the supply chain and office workflows run efficiently.​Key Responsibilities:​Vendor & Supplier Liaison: Manage communication with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials.​Factory Coordination: Work closely with the factory production team to track order status and inventory levels.​Dispatch & Delivery Oversight: Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule dispatches and ensure orders are delivered to customers on time.​Internal Communication: Bridge the gap between employees and management to ensure smooth information flow.​Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate digital records of invoices, stock, and daily dispatch reports using computer systems.
