Back Office Executive

Responsibilities

• Process daily online orders and ensure accurate entry in systems

• Coordinate with warehouse for picking, packing, and dispatch

• Schedule pickups with courier partners and track shipments

• Update order status on Shopify and internal sheets

• Maintain daily logs for orders, returns, and exchanges

• Resolve delivery issues like delays, RTO, or lost shipments

• Support inventory updates after dispatch

• Ensure packaging and QC checks are followed

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in order processing, ecommerce operations, or back office

• Basic knowledge of Shopify, Uniware, Shipway, Shiprocket or other courier dashboards

• Good Excel and data entry skills

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to handle daily order volume with speed

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Problem solving approach and reliability in daily tasks

Good to Have

• Experience in jewellery or fashion ecommerce

• Knowledge of marketplace operations like Amazon and Myntra

• Understanding of RTO reduction practices

• Ability to create simple daily and weekly reports
