Back Office Executive For CRM Operations

Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to manage and support CRM (Customer Relationship Management) operations. The ideal candidate will handle data entry, ensure database accuracy, generate reports, and provide backend support to the sales and customer service teams. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and integrity of customer data across our CRM platform.
Since you will be working for the foreign clients, we will need to be online 24 hours.
There will be 3 shifts per day, and each month your shift will be different.
Role & responsibilities:
• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system accurately and timely.
• Support the sales and customer service teams with CRM-related queries or data needs.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute CRM reports and dashboards as required.
• Maintain data hygiene by regularly auditing, cleaning, and validating customer records.
• Assist in uploading leads, tracking interactions, and monitoring lead status.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper data flow and information accuracy.
• Identify and escalate data inconsistencies or process issues to the CRM administrator or manager.
• Perform administrative tasks related to CRM campaigns, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Support CRM software upgrades, testing, and new feature rollouts if required.
Preferred candidate profile:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and general computer proficiency.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ready to work in rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) for the foreign clients.
• Proven experience (0 - 2 years) working in back-office or CRM operations (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
