We are looking for a Female Back Office & Telecalling Executive with good knowledge of Insurance products and customer communication skills. The candidate will handle back-office tasks such as policy documentation and data management, along with telecalling duties for client follow-ups, renewals, and lead coordination.
Handle policy processing, documentation, and renewal follow-ups.
Make outbound calls to customers for renewals, new policy information, and service reminders.
Assist customers with basic queries related to life, health, and general insurance.
Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for quotations, policy issuance, and claim status.
Maintain accurate client records and reports in the company system.
Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports on telecalling and operational activities.
Ensure proper follow-up with clients to close leads and maintain customer satisfaction.
Support sales and operations teams with back-end administrative tasks.
Graduate (any stream; preference for Commerce or Business background).
0–1 years of experience in insurance, telecalling, or customer service roles.
Knowledge of insurance products (Life, Health, or General).
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry.
Polite, confident, and customer-service oriented.
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in back-office operations.
Prior experience with insurance companies or agencies.
Understanding of IRDAI procedures and claim processes.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and reliability.
