Back Office Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our marketing operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with field and marketing teams, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the marketing team with day-to-day operations and campaigns.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Maintain databases of clients, leads, and marketing activities.

• Coordinate with field executives and sales teams for smooth information flow.

• Monitor marketing campaigns and provide performance insights.

• Handle documentation, correspondence, and follow-ups related to marketing initiatives.

• Support digital marketing efforts such as email campaigns, social media posts, and online promotions.

• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping for all marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields).

• Prior experience in back-office support, marketing coordination, or administration is a plus.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
