How You'll Make an Impact

Strategic Media Relations & Outreach: Develop, maintain, and leverage deep,

established relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across premium

publications (Cat A), B2B, industry magazines, and niche media relevant to our target

sectors (Travel, Retail, Startups).

Diverse Campaign Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of PR campaigns, drawing

on experience from different industries to craft unique, high-impact strategies that secure

prominent visibility for theBezel.in and its key clients.

Storytelling & Content Generation: Proactively craft compelling press releases, expert

thought leadership articles, CEO talking points, and media briefing documents that secure

high-quality, positive media coverage.

Proactive PR Strategy: Lead the development of an integrated PR calendar, identifying

timely news hooks, industry trends, and opportunities to position theBezel.in leadership as

industry authorities.

Reporting & Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on all PR efforts, quantifying media

impact (e.g., sentiment, reach) and providing strategic recommendations for ongoing

improvement.

Reputation Management: Act as the first line of defense for corporate communications;

monitor media, anticipate potential issues, and assist in developing crisis communication plans

if needed.To Thrive in this role, you'll need

3-5 years of proven experience in Public Relations, with a demonstrable track record of

securing high-quality media placements (premium and niche) and leading

communications for diverse clients/brands.

An existing, extensive, and diverse network of relationships across the Indian media

landscape, including top-tier business/lifestyle media, trade magazines, and B2B

publications.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting high-level

communications and pitching to senior journalists.

Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet

strict editorial deadlines.

A clear understanding of media monitoring tools and the ability to translate coverage into

actionable business metrics.

Familiarity with the competitive landscape in the sectors we serve (Travel, Retail, Startups).

Bonus points if you have

Experience in Digital PR (SEO link-building and online reputation management).

Experience or deep familiarity with the B2B SaaS or AdTech industry PR.

Prior experience in spokesperson training or managing executive visibility programs.
