Ecommerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, JioMart and our D2C platforms. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, catalogue management, advertising, inventory coordination, sales growth, and day-to-day operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Marketplace Operations

• Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Blinkit and other portals.

• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, keywords, A+ content).

• Ensure catalogue accuracy, correct category placement, and compliance with marketplace guidelines.

• Monitor buy-box, pricing changes, competition activity, and visibility ranking.

✅ Order & Inventory Management

• Coordinate daily orders, dispatch, and returns with warehousing/operations team.

• Monitor stock levels, raise POs when required, prevent out-of-stock situations.

• Track returns, claims, and initiate reimbursements where applicable.

✅ Data & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

• Track ASIN-wise performance, profitability, campaign ROAS, and order trends.

• Use Excel/Sheets for data analysis (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).

✅ Customer Experience

• Monitor ratings, reviews, and customer questions.

• Coordinate with support team to resolve grievances and reduce negative reviews.

• Improve overall customer satisfaction and product quality feedback loop.

✅ Coordination & Teamwork

• Work closely with design team for creatives & listing images.

• Coordinate with operations, finance, and inventory teams for smooth workflow.

• Assist management in launching new products and scaling categories.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

• Good command over Excel, data analysis, and reporting.

• Understanding of e-commerce algorithms, keywords, ads, and SEO.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets.
